Let's play "Glow Ball" - The billiard puzzle game (PC game on Steam) 1080p 60fps
Glow Ball is a single player billiards game with nice 3D graphics, interesting puzzles, and some great music. I don't know what it is that makes it feel so amateur though. Considering the game can often be bought for 10 cents US in a bundle, it's not actually that bad. But when the price tag is $4 US retail you begin to expect a bit of quality beyond what is on offer here. I love the music the most, but the game seems quieter than it should actually be. It's very chill and relaxing, but level 2 is too difficult to consider relaxing at all. It does not even indicate that there is a level 2 at all. I can only imagine how many people were stuck on the first level not knowing that there were much more colorful levels right around the corner. I'm mixed on this one, but the lack of a level selection screen (for unlocked levels) makes me think they could have tried harder. Oh, and it's difficult to show that many shades of grey on YouTube, I uploaded this at the exact spec they ask for (H.264 @ 12 mbit converted from raw) so I'm sorry if the first level seems lacking in color depth, it's hard to avoid. It looks clearer in the game.
