We build City Halls in all 3 castles, and find enough resources so that (with a bit of trading at the Marketplace) we're also able to build a Capitol at our main castle a few days later. Meanwhile, Tarnum and Zubin are quickly able to combine armies, while Gurnisson continues to remain somewhat isolated. Power Liches appear to be blocking forces in several strategic locations - could any of them be blocking access to more pieces of the Statue of Legion?
