Tarnum attacks the Ghost Dragons (who fortunately are vulnerable to spells, unlike their living brethren), and captures not only the Arms of Legion just beyond them, but also the Necklace of Celestial Enlightenment (which provides a most welcome boost to all of Tarnum's stats). After removing the Power Liches blocking off Gurnisson's section of this level from the rest of our heroes, Tarnum heads down a nearby northbound tunnel. Could it lead to the far NE area where another piece of the Statue of Legion is said to be?
Meanwhile, Gurnisson finally has a large enough army to start fighting neutral "mine guard" creature stacks himself, and takes out several groups of Wights and Vampires near his starting castle.
