An avalanche has separated Tarnum and the vanguard of his Barbarian horde from the bulk of his army, and now his only hope is advancing to a hidden pass somewhere to the northeast, where a distantly-related Barbarian tribe is rumored to dwell. Before we can do that, however, we first have to do the usual building up of the starting castle, clearing the immediate area, and linking up Tarnum & his lieutenants - so they can combine their armies into something strong enough to break through anything blocking their way to this scenario's goal.
