Taking my time and have a good time while I do so. One thing that seems to be absent, maybe just for the demo, is each week had a random event tied to it, and was called a specific week. Like the week of the plague where no reinforcements show up, or the week of magic where magic spells do more damage or "whatever". Hopefully that's not just something that was forgotten, as that is a VERY HOMM thing and has been a part since the original. Still, tis a demo, so hard to judge in it's current state! Other than that, some pretty cooling things I'm excited for!

Checking out the Heroes Of Might And Magic: Olden Era DEMO! I was really hoping to get my hands on this and provide you a bit of coverage before it was released to the general public, but I think I fell through the cracks slightly. Which is fine! So, I'm going to dive in, and be a bit more analytical than I normally would with this demo. I'll say some smart things, say some dumb things, but in general, just have some fun and see what the game is looking like in it's current state. If you are a HOMM vet, I might annoy you, but if you're new, hopefully I explain well enough as we go along. I'd LOVE to hear your thoughts on either my commentary about HOMM8's Demo, or your thoughts on your own experiences checking it out!
