I saw this game had a VR tag on my Steam library. Decided to download it and check it out. It turns out that while it does not have official VR support, it does have secret VR support in an alpha build of the game. To get Hover to work in VR, simply go to your Steam library and right click on the game, then go to Properties, then go the Betas tab, then choose virtual reality and it will download this alpha build of the game which has VR.
