6Here we take a closer look at Jaws Unleashed, a classic console game for the PS2. Based on the original movie, players take on the role of Jaws himself, eating and devouring his human prey!
This game put forth incredible graphics that really brought the shark attacking Jaws concept to life! The only down side was the controls, which often felt broken in many instances. Turning capabilities were severely impaired, and in some cases Jaws would get stuck in glitched areas of the game.
Nonetheless, the graphics alone made it worth playing! Besides the core campaign, the game featured separate mini challenges that players could take part in.
In the game, Jaws has separate health and hunger meters. As the hunger meter would diminish, so would his overall health. For this reason, Jaws has to eat constantly in order to survive.
We made to the end of the 3rd stage where we fought Shamu at Seaworld, lol. But our OBS software glitched so we ended the video there. We're going to do a follow up video with more game play and cut scenes for your viewing pleasure later.
