We begin exploring Floor 19. Floor 19 is a rather large level made up of nothing but winding passageways. But the stairs to Floor 20 are just in the next room from the beginning. Unfortunately, there is nothing to do on Floor 20 (besides die from the randoms up there) until you break all four Sigil seals. So time for some boss hunting. Thankfully, there are five checkpoint teleporters that will bring you back and forth from where the Floor begins. Now to talk about Rinnosuke...

Rinnosuke:

Rinnosuke sports high stats in all areas but tends excel in being a front line tank. Unfortunately, he is also one of the slowest levelers in the game along with having possibly the lowest starting TP in the game so using him on randoms can be rough unless you level that up or boost it with items.

Despite being a frontline tank, Rinnosuke does have some rather powerful physical and composite attacks along with a rather useful party buff. Scarlet Gold Sword is a single target physical attack that has reasonable delay and has decent defense piercing. The Word for World is Forest is an Area Nature based physical attack with ok ratios. Shining Stars of Traumerei is an Row Mystic composite attack and Start of Heavenly Demise is a high cost Area composite attack (non elemental). But what he is most known for is his buff, World-Shaking Military Rule. This buff will increase the entire party's Attack/Magic/Defense/Mind by 100%. Unfortunately, the buff has a high SP cost, high delay, and it drains Rinnosuke's TP down to 0 making it so he must immediately return to Gensokyo after the battle. Also you cannot recast the spell once at 0 TP. So its usually used to quickly damage rush a boss, using the buff in combination with Yukari's Spiriting Away. This makes it possible to one turn some bosses.

Overall, he can be a very useful boss tank with that massive buff and overall good stats. Just do not rely on him much for killing randoms during exploration.
