Was hoping to show off dying sooner but I was apparently a good girl and avoided a number of potential assassination attempts. Generally these attempts are made by nobles you pissed off one time or another.

It kinda sucks you can't use your Lumen magic to protect yourself. I understand its a balance thing but it becomes jarring to find yourself in a situation against one armed opponent and it suddenly forces you to make physical checks when you have 100/100 Wield Magic skill.

So far, I only know of one situation where you can use Lumen skills that does not involve dealing with another Lumen. There is only one situation in the entire game where you use the Dog skill. So there are still a number of 'useless' skills in this which is unfortunate.
