As Link goes to investigate the noise from the ruins, a ring of fire appears around him. From the ruins of his castle, Ganondorf appears again, enraged with malice. Using his Triforce of Power he transforms into his monstrous form...Ganon. Wielding two massive swords, he takes a swing, causing Link to lose the Master Sword. He must fight Ganon by any means necessary. His weak spot is his tail. Use the Arrows of Light to stun him and hit his colorful glowing tail with the Megaton Hammer or the Biggoron Sword. Watch out for his swings, as his swords pack a nasty punch. Eventually, after enough hits, the wall of fire subsides temporarily. Quickly rush to Zelda to get the Master Sword back. Reenter the ring and keep delivering blows to his tail while avoiding his swords, until Ganon goes down. Zelda holds him down while you deliver the final blow, defeating this monster once and for all. Zelda summons the Sages to open the portal to the Evil Realm, sealing Ganondorf away from Hyrule. The day is won and peace once again reigns in Hyrule. Zelda, feeling remorse for the consequences of her actions, decides it best to send Link back to his own time, where he must place the Master Sword back in its pedestal and close the Door of Time. Zelda asks for her ocarina back and sends Link home to his original time. Meanwhile the kingdom of Hyrule's inhabitants come together to celebrate the end of the dark era and the Sages gather atop Death Mountain, looking upon the land with hope-filled eyes. In his child form Link returns to the Temple of Time for the last time as Navi, knowing her purpose is complete, flies away. Link leaves the Master Sword and closes the Door of Time, knowing his mission is truly complete. He then meets the young Princess Zelda in the castle courtyard again to tell of his quest through time. THE END
