Since heading to Sacred Square will ultimately result in a boss fight, befriend Marx from the Dream Palace. This former final boss can really let baddies have it! In Sacred Square, either befriend Beetley or copy his ability to gain a rhino beetle horn and some wings. Eventually, Kirby and his pals come across another friend podium. This one forms the Friend Star! With it, you can fly around on a giant shooting star and fire stars at enemies and obstacles! You can even swap with different partners and use their abilities to enhance the star ammo. Blast and soar through many enemies and obstacles, while taking their abilities until you reach the end. There awaits Meta Knight, another victim of the darkness. As you fight, he'll split into 4 clones of himself. Keep wailing on each of them until the original goes down. Suddenly, without warning, a giant fortress invades planet popstar. Go there to investigate. In order to enter the fortress itself, you'll need to clear the Gatehouse Road. Make it through a gauntlet of foes to the end to confront the Gatekeepers: Pon and Con!
