Let's Play Maid of Sker - complete playthrough - are the mixed reviews truly earned?
3In this video game set in 1898, players take on the role of Thomas Evans, who must navigate the mysterious Sker Hotel on Sker Island. Thomas receives a letter from Elisabeth Williams, the daughter of the hotel owner, saying she is trapped and in danger. Elisabeth asks Thomas to find four brass cylinders hidden on the hotel grounds, which will help reverse the effects of a Siren the family's cult had found. As Thomas explores the hotel, he learns about the cult and must find three other composers' musical notes to help Elisabeth write a counter-song to the Siren's effects. The game's ending depends on the player's choices.
