In this part of Mega Man 3D 2: The Siege of Megacity (PC), I complete 100% of the Air Processing Facility.

With the Floating Platform utility, I can now access almost all tanks and upgrades scattered across the world and facilities. Not only that, I can access all of the previously inaccessible bosses in the preceding areas I went through. Though, it will require a lot of weapon energy to repeatedly use.
