From a plot perspective, I like what's going on with playing as Colonel. From a practical standpoint however, it's a bit annoying because we will not be able to pick up HP Memories. So we will have to backtrack later for them. Not sure why we couldn't have picked those up and just had them not take effect until we got Mega Man back. The other annoying thing is that 95% of the blue mystery data we're going to pick up as Colonel is going to be navi customizer parts that we can't use without Mega Man.
