Dr. Wily again unleashes his robots upon the world... And once again, only Mega Man can stand before him and end his reign of terror.
Like its predecessor, Wily Wanders Off, this is pretty bland and forgettable. The improvements added in this installment are overall pretty marginal. The level design, bosses, and one-third of the weaponry still leave much to be desired.
As before, the most impressive part of the fangame is how it supports two save-state slots. I can't recall ANY other MM fangame which includes this feature.
