In this part of Mega Man in Megacity (PC), I destroy both of the satellites in the Transmitter Array, learn about the true villain behind Megacity's misfortunes, and collect all the remaining L-Tanks and E-Tanks.

I also checkout the areas I didn't go through yet, as well as defeat a bonus boss (Golden Sentinel) in the Waterworks. The Energy Suit is alright, though I feel its energy regeneration should scale more based on your max energy capacity.
