Sorry for the spoiler in the title, but come on. It's the fourth fortress stage in a Mega Man game. I think it's required by law for this to be a rematch stage by now. Anyway, the rematches here have a bit of a twist to them: you have to go through a small mini-stage to get to the Robot Master. The mini-stages aren't too tough, but serve as a nice challenge. Once all nine Robot Masters are cleared though, you're still not done. This stage ends with a three-part battle, and if you die on any part you have to start back at the first battle.

As a side note, something I learned by watching Roahm Mythril's blind run of the game (I think he mentioned this anyway). If you don't clear Yoku Man's stage prior to coming to this stage, you STILL have to fight him here. However, defeating Yoku Man prior to coming here helps a lot for two reasons. First, you'll know how he operates and have a better chance to beat him. Second, he suffers from Metal Man disease. Yes, two shots with the Yoku Attack will take him down.
