Zero is ready to handle the next mission in the battle against the Sigma Virus. The red reploid heads to an electromagnetic research facility to obtain an energy cartridge. This mission won't be as simple as the usual maverick hunting missions. The reason is one of the researchers at the facility is a former maverick hunter colleague named Volt Kraken. The reunion between the two won't be nice as Kraken had resentment at being a hunter. Can Zero convince his former fellow hunter to comply with his request?
