Hey everyone! Welcome back to my channel. In this episode of my "Let's Play Minecraft" series I ended up adding in the vocal audio later rather than when I was recording the video. On the day of recording, I had a pretty bad bipolar episode and couldn't do the audio at that moment as I was doing something easy and repetitive in the game to help calm me down. I mainly dug up an entrance from the nearest ravine all the way up to the surface. But what I end up talking about in the video is something a bit more serious as I discuss how I feel when I have one of those episodes and what is does to me in the immediate moments afterwards. Well, and how it has affected me long-term as well. I start to delve into my drug and alcohol abuse and how I have attempted suicide because of it before I got professional help for it instead of self medicating.
