Seriously, that's what Hermaeus Mora looks like. Anyway, I've completed all other Daedric Shrine quests, and I'm high enough level, so I should be able to get the quest.

...Oh right, I need to have moved on with the main quest beyond where I've left off. Damn. Well, guess what I'll be doing.

Also Fun Fact: Once you meet ALL the requirements for the quest, someone will inform you after you sleep; simply waiting won't do, but I didn't want to go to sleep because I don't need rested exp. You also don't need to get a message, you can just go to the shrine once you've done what's needed. I'll figure that out eventually.
