0We return to Edwards Island adjacent after 5 years from the last game. This time we take on a army Vet names Riley who is lost in life and in need of direction. She takes a job to help the local scientist get some readings in the area. Before the first transmission some strange phenomenon occur. Will these event change Riley for the better or sink her deeper into dispair?
This playthrough was made with the silent protagonist idea in mind. In the first game there was an achievement for it. Sadly that doesn't exist in this game. It's still funny to do in the game though.
Also for some reason I think Riley is the mc from the first game but changed slightly. This is wrong she is a new character but I don't point this out till the 3rd or 4th episode. So forgive my misinformation.
I'm playing this without prepwork so everything in the game is new to me.

A sequel to Oxenfree (2016), the game takes place five years after the events of the original game.
