Let's Play Prototype with PrinceQuints: Episode 13 - Errand Boy (Captain Cross Boss Battle)
0We start the main objective titled, Errand Boy, at Karen's lab.
She starts talking about getting further samples from inside of a hive so we do as she says and we head straight into a hive. Once inside, we have to collect more genetic material and end up coming face to face with Capt. Cross. BOSS BATTLE!!!
We end up getting pieced up by him pretty badly... Again... and again... and again...
Eventually, we develop a strategy of using the Whip power to attack him from a distance. We die a few additional times but eventually end up defeating him at 15:56.
He ends up trying to leave the hive but we follow right behind him. He takes out a needle, mentions Pen Station and then we fall to our knees. He then injects us in the back with the needle and we fall over. He turns his back to call in a containment unit but we're gone before he turns around.
It looks like the injection has rendered our powers useless so we promptly flee the area. Once we're far enough away, we complete the mission. After leveling up some of our abilities, we save the game and end the episode.
