Let's Play Prototype with PrinceQuints: Episode 3 -Unlocking Web of Intrigue and High Flying Mission
0We start the episode off by heading to Alex's apartment.
On the way there once we get to the park, we do a bit of destruction before moving on.
We arrive to Alex's home and he looks at some photos. Soon after, the place blows up and we land outside on the street.
There's a guy that evacuates a nearby building in a tank and we have to follow him. First, we have to take down some soldiers and helicopters. Also, we learn about Strike Teams. Once the enemies have been defeated, we head on over to the tank that got away. Finding the tank at the park, we find out about equipping weapons and get our hands on a rocket launcher and start shooting the tank when a strike team gets called in.
After a barrage of missiles, the man flees and we run up on him and consume him. There's a cutscene of the man's memories and Alex learns a bit more about what happened to him. From there, we unlock the Web of Intrigue. The game has us play some of the memories before progressing.
We then escape the area in the midst of flying rockets and finish the mission. After that, there's another cutscene of memories and Alex does a bit of a monologue to some mysterious military listener. Alex talks about finding a woman.
Day 3 of the infection
We're at the top of a building and head to an objective. On our way there, we check out what upgrades we can get and decide to get a few things. Once we've unlocked Glide, we can traverse a bit easier/faster. When we reach the park, we pick up a few collectables before continuing. We decide to do a try and get some life from a civilian but end up attracting more attention than we had originally anticipated.
Close to us is High Flying, the traversal mission where we have to reach the waypoints as quickly as possible. For this challenge, we're running up a building and trying our best at reaching these waypoints. It gets a little easier as we go on but the beginning is rather rough. As well as the very last waypoint. We don't get a medal so we decide to try it again. This time we do a bit better and still don't manage to get a medal. We move on from the challenge but scale back up the building to get a collectable that we saw. We see another one at the top of the building and have to fight with Mercer to get to the top of the building to get it. We get close and then end up abandoning that one.
After that, we leap off of the building and start heading to our main objective while picking up collectables on the way.
We make it to the stat of the mission on a rooftop and decide to go ahead and call the episode there.
