Story: At long last, Roxanne, Brawly, Wattson, Norman, Winona siblings Tate and Liza, Steven Stone and Wallace arrived to save our heroes. But even with them, Lir, Selena and Primo are having difficulties of fighting back against Norman Osborn, Vulture and Hammerhead. Flannery breaks in tears of how she is unable to help her allies against Osborn, allowing Osborn to gain upper hand by continously choking her with a chain leashed around her neck to make our heroes bow in submission to him. But just when it seems that all hope is lost, Liza of Charrific Vallery, the woman Flannery saved from Wrath-Amon appeared to help our heroes in peril. With Liza at their side, our heroes defeated Vulture and Hammerhead, causing rest of Osborn's thugs to retreat, and after Osborn attempted to kill them all, Flannery managed to finally fight back against Osborn, and restrain him with he very chain he used to enslave her, allowing her friends to finally finish him off. Liza's promise inspired Flannery to finally stand up to Norman Osborn and help her allies against him. Norman Osborn, Vulture and Hammerhead are defeated and are shipped into the United Planets Federation's prison on planet Andros. However, Stygians turned out to be quicker this time, as they contaminated the entire colony of Sindoreians. United Planets Federation's scientists finally estimated the coordinates of their lair quite precisely, it is located in the shipyard in the orbit of planet Namek in Pulsarius system. Our heroes choose to rest well, and despite that they don't know much about the defence of Stygians, they feel like they will have a hot mission tommorow. As the enemy den seems closer for our heroes, Flannery starts feeling very insecure in herself to assume her role of leading a squadron, and she resigns leadership onto Winona. Suddenly, Flannery bursts into crying while also refering herself as weak, pathetic and disgraceful to be a leader, especially since not only she failed in her unfortunate fight against Wrath-Amon, protecting Queen Padme Amidala back on planet Naboo from getting kidnapped, but how she allowed herself to be degraded into a slave of Norman Osborn back on planet Xibalba. This makes Flannery leave her friends and wait for death to finally take her. Without Flannery, Lir, Selena, Primo and rest of Hoenn gym leaders feel lost, but nevertheless, Winona chooses to take over her role of being a leader, albeit reluctantly while Primo goes to look for Flannery.
Gameplay: Third and final environment will take place at an alien shipyard in asteroid belts. Ninth mission is fairly hard. Enemies you will meet here are these: Tentaclayers, Cannonfangs, Wingshades. Tentaclayers behave same as Vestal Scouts and Pyrexean Dragonbombs, however, they are much more numerous and many numbers of them could overwhelm you if your weapons are weak. Cannonfangs fire three green bullets in a spread at you similarly to Pyrexean Blasteragons, except they fire slightly faster. Wingshades fire one bright-yellow bullet just like Vestal Fighters, Red Pyrexean Teethwings, and Orange Pyrexean Teethwings, except they always aim at you. To replenish your lost armor, you must collect Armor bonus that will repair your ship, restoring it's armor back.
