31On the fourth episode of Let's Play Resident Evil CODE:Veronica, Alfred has locked Claire into a section of the Military Training Facility, so now we need to find a way out. However, moments after leaving the save room we're cut off by another shutter so Alfred can funnel us into his little kill house. After finding a pair of Sub Machine Gun with no ammo, we're attacked by a new Umbrella BOW, the rubbery and surprisingly mobile Bandersnatch. A second one catches Claire by surprise, and it's only through Steve's impractical intervention that we're saved. After swapping the Sub Machine Gun for the now-empty Lugers with Claire, we take control of Steve to clear a path through the rest of the kill house. Once the pair are reunited, they return to the central area of the Training Facility and plummet through a weak balcony. Here, we learn the source of Steve's unwillingness to trust people. Returning to the basement, I find a Grenade Launcher, but unfortunately I also find more Bandersnatches.
