Resident Evil: Revelations 2, known as Biohazard Revelations 2 (Japanese: バイオハザード リベレーションズ 2 Hepburn: Baiohazādo Riberēshonzu Tsū?) in Japan, is an episodic survival horror video game and the tenth installment of the Resident Evil franchise, developed and published by Capcom. The game is a follow up to Resident Evil: Revelations. Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is a survival horror game and will support cooperative gameplay on console platforms.
Resident Evil: Revelations 2 will be set between the events of Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6.[4] Claire Redfield will be the main protagonist and Barry Burton's daughter Moira will play a supporting role.[5] In December of 2014, a new trailer revealed Barry as another playable protagonist, and he will be joined by Natalia Korda, who is a little girl with some special abilities. The official cinematic trailer was released in December of 2014.Capcom will release the game starting February 25 in a weekly episodic form for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. Once the final episode is released, a complete version will be released.[7] Sony Computer Entertainment will publish the PlayStation Vita version of the game.
