Odra Dinn is a game that presents you everything you need to figure out the identity and fate of each and every person on board. Noticing those things is another matter entirely, something made more challenging by doing live commentary while playing. Add to that me being human and thus overlooking things and you've got my play style.
The first opportunity I have to notice things I've missed is when I'm editing the videos and thus can devote my full attention to just watching as a viewer would. Then there are the breadcrumb clues which stick in my head after the fact and prompt me to do research into language, historical sailor attire and many other things that give me the knowledge I need to make more educated guesses.
It's important to remember, however, that any mystery is easy to figure out if you already have the solution. That which is plainly obvious to those who have experienced the game before won't be for someone with a fresh pair of eyes.
