This part is dedicated to explaining the start strategies we could use and then explaining my reasons for picking the particular one that I will follow. First few turns are burned and the first battle of the game, the conquest of Kotais, follows.

This LP is recorded on my new computer (i5-3570k, 8GB RAM, SSD harddrive, SAPPHIRE HD 7850 OC).

As I stated in the video this is Europa Barbarorum mod (www.europabarbarorum.com) that I play as Hayasdan on Very Hard / Very Hard, maximum graphics and huge unit sizes. The additional rules I set for myself are: a) no abuse of the game, b) no other than tax management in settlements without a family character.
