We've left the soaked streets of Seattle, USA and entered the Flux State of Berlin, Germany. Along our trans-Pacific journey, we've left behind our two robot compadres, yet we've not given up our fixation for all things technical. Or at least that's how my backstory here works, but the game will never recognize my role in the past games so... guess there's no point in creating an overarching story between these games.
