So, the audio is once again awful for this part, very sorry about that. The speed build is okay because it was a voiceover, so I explain what happened in the part if you don't want to watch the rest of it. I have literally no idea why, I must have had my mic placed weirdly, but I didn't want to scrap the recordings so I kept it short. I'm learning! I PROMISE IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN! =)

Matthew marries Gretchen and they buy an art-store, so that makes our second community lot in our town. We played one sim-week with them so next part we will be going back to the Richardson's and see what they are up to.
