Lets Play: "Slay The Spire" Part 8 (The Defect Ascension 0 Run 3)
1Now THIS deck was creative as HELL! I cannot believe I almost immeditately scooped this deck up on like the second or third combat.. While it is extremely unconventional, it was incredibly fun to play and just goes to show the power that The Defect can dish out!
This deck came to life because of an early pick into Creative AI, which spawned a crazy little power and orb storming deck I have named "The Sentient Storm" and man I'll be honest, there were some times I had lost hope along the way.. but OH BABY DID IT HAVE THE LEGS! I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I enjoyed playing it! Now, I realize I am a terrible Slay The Spire player (right now, we will improve!) and I know I made SO MANY MISTAKES so please I ask patience and grace!.. I mean, when you start each encounter out with ZERO Echo Forms and IN THAT SAME COMBAT FIGHT we get to SEVEN instances of Echo Forms copying cards.. It can be a lot to manage properly for a new player on a new character they're not very comfortable with! BUT despite all the mistakes and misplays, this deck was fucking AMAZING and I absolutely loved playing it. Let this be a testament to never scoop early and to always play it out!
