64Let's Play Sonic Mania Part 1 for the Nintendo Switch! We're going into this new Sonic game blind getting our first impressions as we review what Sonic Mania has to offer! We start off with Green Hill Zone and Chemical Plant Zone in our Walkthrough / Playthrough, probably because... you know.... they're level 1 and level 2. The Sonic Mania bosses have been really cool so far! Eggman has gotten some crazy robots helping out to take down Sonic, Tails and Knuckles.
Chaos Emeralds are back, Super Sonic is back, Giant Ring Bonus Stages, Air Bubbles, The Aqua Shield, the Flame Shield, Invincibility, Power Sneakers, Super Ring, Thunder Shield, a UFO bonus game not unlike Super Sonic Racing, and Blue Sphere Mini games, and even Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine!
The bosses include Death Egg Robot, Hard-Boiled Heavies Heavy King, Heavy Gunner, Heavy Shinobi, Heavy Magician, Heavy Rider, Metal Sonic, Red Eye, and Tunnel Bot!
The levels include Green Hill Zone, Chemical Plant Zone, Studiopolis Zone, Flying Battery Zone, Press Garden Zone, Stardust Speedway Zone, Hydrocity Zone, Mirage Saloon Zone, Oil Ocean Zone, Lava Reef Zone, Metallic Madness Zone, Titanic Monarch Zone, and Egg Reverie Zone!
You can also unlock the Insta-Shield and Super Peel Out, and well as "& Knuckles" mode! We'll be checking out Competition Mode for sure.
