What is Arena Commander?
Arena Commander is a Dogfighting and flight simulation module plugged into the previously released Hangar Module. It is still in development, and everything seen in there is still subject to change as the final release approaches.
What do I need to access Arena Commander?
To access Arena Commander one will need an RSI account and a pledge package which includes a ship, some credits and access to the full game. Specific access to the Arena Commander is also required, in the form of an Alpha Slot, or the Arena Commander Access Pass which can be bought here.
What ships will I be able to fly in Arena Commander?
The first release of Arena Commander will include the RSI Aurora, the Origin 300i and the Anvil F7C Hornet.
If I have a variant (350r, Aurora LX・ can I still fly?
Each variant you own gives you access to using the base model in Arena Commander. Aurora LX gives access to the MR, 350r to the 300i and so on.
What Game Modes can I play?
The very first release gives access to the Single Player modes :
- Vanduul Swarm
- Free Flight
The next release will allow the following Multiplayer game modes :
- Battle Royale
- Squadron Battle
- Capture the Core
