While Kerrigan was unlocking her powers aboard The Amerigo, the Protoss have launched a covert invasion of Char. Led by Tassadar, the Protoss have established bases on the Zerg homeworld in their efforts to wipe out the Swarm. Kerrigan has made it her personal mission to eradicate the Protoss forces on Char and defeat Tassadar in single combat. We have to aid in the destruction of the insurgent Protoss to force Tassadar into the battle.

StarCraft was released in 1998 for Windows PC with a Mac version following in 1999 and a Nintendo 64 port in 2000. The game's major expansion, Brood War, was also released in 1998.

StarCraft and Brood War are considered to be among the best and most influential video games of all-time and among the best real-time strategy games of all-time for its use of unique but balanced factions and the ability to tell a compelling story in the RTS genre.

The version of the game played here is StarCraft: Remastered which was released in 2017. Remastered features updated graphics, re-recorded audio and updated online features while retaining the gameplay of the original. This LP uses the original 1998 campaign and audio settings.
