The individual soldier is not vital to the boarding attempt. There are no great heroes here; not even us. Instead, a soldier must work in tandem with their team, and thus be able to make the difference in a straight-up fight. I'm curious how the perk that improves troop strength actually works - better tactics, maybe, or just not throwing the troops into a meat grinder.
