Let's Play Starward Rogue - #10: Redshift (1/2)
0In this part, I take the Redshift mech out for a spin.
The Redshift is also a challenge mech due to its weaker primary weapon and overall lower stats. This comes with a very low health pool and no shields at base, so any hit in the latter stages can be lethal.
However, the main gimmick behind the Redshift is that time only moves when you do. In other words, enemies and projectiles (both your own and enemies) will only start moving when you do. This allows you the ability to plan ahead up to a few steps, and dodge almost all projectiles. In fact, this is the best ship for obtaining the no damage achievements. Just be sure not to rush through stages. This is the slow and steady mech.
