--Some Spoilery things below--
I'm sorry for getting quiet at the end as I was talking some time to figure out how I feel about the story overall. And it took me a while to come to enjoying it, as the story leaves a lot of things unresolved and some plot threads untied.
However they aren't the true focus of the story, the reason for this story was to see the return of Hououin Kyouma, and once we know that Okabe is going to now focus on trying to reach the Steins;Gate worldline, the rest of the details doesn't matter too much.
I still wish that some of these threads where tied up or some things that seemed hugely important didn't just get brushed aside so quickly, but that is the way it is.
