189Submarine Commander is a game by Geoff Ayre, who graciously permitted me to desecrate his game with this video. You oversee the operation of a Cold War-era nuclear submarine in a style reminiscent of FTL and Dwarf Fortress, with some assorted other tidbits here and there. The result is what I'd like to call an "untimely random nuclear death simulator."
A quick note: I erroneously state that the mouse cannot be used for controlling your sub. This is no longer true; Geoff has added mouse controls to essentially every panel in the game, making me a big dumb idiot.
