263Hello everyone and welcome to my next let's play of a Nintendo 64 classic, Super Mario 64. Mario's leap into the next generation of consoles at the time also paved the way for 3D gaming with its free-roaming environments and intelligent camera system. It is a title that is not only one of the most influential video games of all time, but personally one of the most nostalgic ones for me to play. Join me as I talk about this game's influence on the gaming world and reminisce on my childhood experiences while Mario tries to restore power to the castle and save the princess!
To kick things off in Super Mario 64, the mustachioed plumber receives a letter from Princess Toadstool ("Peach") inviting him to her castle for some cake. Upon his arrival, however, Mario is greeted by menacing laughter and only a few Toads scattered about. Turns out that Bowser has kidnapped Princess Peach and hidden all of the castle's Power Stars in various world, each of which are connected to the castle via portraits. How will Mario start out his adventure!? Find out in this video!
