In this Let's Play video, you will see me play a special demo of Tavern Keeper. This game is a Tavern Management Simulation game. Your job as a Tavern Keeper is to maintain a profit (positive cash flow) to pay your workers and grow the Tavern's approval ratings. You do this by selling Drinks (and Food coming later in development) to the local Patrons. Buy a regular supply of various alcohol from the Merchant to keep the Tap flowing. This game is set in a Fantasy Kingdom, with various races (Orcs, Humans, Undead, Dwarfs, Elves, etc). This games has some mechanics similar to "Theme Hospital", "Galacticare", "Blacksmith Master", "Winkeltje: The Little Shop", and other shop / service management games. The vibe of the game and voice over narration reminds me of "Gladiator Guild Manager". Maintaining approval rating will be important so you'll need to focus on decorations, timely services, lighting, cleanliness, and finally don't forget the Toilet! You'll need to hire some staffs to help run your Tavern and you will need to maintain the happiness of your staff members. The game also has various story interactions with some of the Tavern visitors. I really enjoyed the vibe of this game and can't wait for more. This demo will be available on July 22!
