In this level, we're introduced to a new enemy type, the shocktrooper. They're a welcome addition to the demonically possessed soldier group of enemies as they wear full UAC Marine armor with a helmet and carry a plasma gun. I always wondered what a plasma gun variant of these enemies would be like. Speaking of plasma gun, I'm sad to say that the plasma gun and our beloved BFG 9000 had to be removed to make room for two new weapons. We get the first one which is basically a flamethrower. We're trading electric plasma for straight up hellfire. Time to give these demons a taste of their own damnation.
