In Episode 3 of Ocarina of Time, Link continues his journey to find the remaining spiritual Stones. The next stone he must retrieve is known to be found in the home of the Gorons, Goron City. In order to get to Goron City, Link must scale Death Mountain first. He is told that in order to make it up the mountain unscathed, he has to equip the Hylian shield which can be used to shield the entire body. We retrieve the shield and make our way up Death Mountain in our quest to find the Spiritual Stone of Fire.
We make it to Goron City and on the way we run into some of the Gorons who live on Death Mountain. The Gorons seem to be peaceful brutes who just chill most of the time. We come to find out that they are unable to get to their food source because Dodongos Cavern is completely blocked off. We continue through the city and come to a door on the bottom. The door wont open so we try playing Zeldas Lullaby to open it up. We come to a room with another Goron except this one is not so chill. He is angry because the Gorons are unable to eat and get to the Dodongos Cavern. We decide to make an effort to cheer up this Goron by playing a fun tune on our ocarina. It amazingly works out and the Goron named Darunia agrees to help us. He gives us an item called the Gorons Bracelet which allows us to pick up Bomb flowers. Without the bracelet the Bombs were too heavy for Link to pick up. With our new bracelet equipped we head back out to the mountain top. We notice a bomb flower on a cliff that stands above the entrance to Dodongos Cavern and throw it down. The bomb explodes and opens up the blocked entrance to the Cavern. The battle is not over and Link must make his way inside the Cavern and defeat the enemies inside in order to save the Gorons.
