With the Master Sword within his possession, Link must return to the Forsaken Fortress to reach the tower where his sister, Aryll, is still held captive. However its not going to be so easy, considering all the searchlights are operational once again, The fortress has been fitted with new wall-mounted cannons, spiked pegs block certain pathways, and a dark sinister shadowy phantom version of Ganon prevents him from entering. Link must believe in the power of the Master Sword to volley Phantom Ganon's energy ball attacks back at him tennis style to bring him down. A mighty Skull Hammer is Link's reward once Phantom Ganon is defeated...for now. With the Skull Hammer, Link can pound the spiked pegs into the ground so that he can access pathways inside and outside the fortress. He can also use in combat situations to pound his foes into Oblivion! There's no need to hide in a barrel and go into "stealth mode" this time at the Forsaken Fortress. With the legendary Blade of Evil's Bane, and a might hammer to boot, nothing can stop Link from taking down the searchlights again, fighting off enemies, climbing the tower, and finally rescuing his sister!
