I figured it would be a shame to only have two Let's Plays in 2020, one of which isn't even likely to be finished by the end of the year, so I thought I'd add another one that won't take too much time. I definitely should have come up with more games sooner than December, but eh. This is The Lion King, a Super Nintendo and Genesis game based on the movie. We're starting things off with the first two levels. Level 1, The Pridelands, is pretty easy, especially compared to much of the rest of the game; you basically just have to climb a big rocky mountain, avoid enemies, and fight a hyena at the end. And get used to Simba's movement and controls, of course. Level 2, Can't Wait to Be King, is kind of infamous for being a bit of a difficulty spike, and it has a lot more going on. The main gimmick of the level is monkeys that can throw you around, some of which you have to roar at to make them face a different direction. Besides that, though, the level also involves riding ostriches and avoiding hazards, jumping across giraffes, and swinging and climbing on rhinos and hippos.
