Hey there everyone, and welcome to Spoopy Season 2023 and the second part of my playthrough of The Medium! As is the norm with the vast majority of streamers, October is the time for horror games, and following the announcement of the Silent Hill 2 remake by Bloober Team, I decided to check out another title by them, and The Medium was available on PlayStation Plus, so my choice was made!
So come join me as I get to grips with our protagonist, Marianne, a woman with the ability to see the dead in Poland in 1999. She receives a phone call from a man named Thomas who is aware of her abilities and leads her to the abandoned Niwa Workers' Resort, where she encounters a young girl by the name of Sadness, and some horrifying spirits haunting the area. Let's see how my brain deals with solving puzzles in a world that involves having a foot in both the land of the living and that of the spirits.
