58Hello YouTube and welcome to the finale of our playthrough of The Room! In today's episode we gather gems together to solve a perspective puzzle...Also we get our eyepiece busted and I get SPOOPED into almost having a heart attack?!
As the title said, this is the finale of our playthrough! It's unfortunate that the game has to come to an end so soon but it definitely went out with a bang, I will probably be playing the sequels to this game on mobile in my free time. That's how much I enjoyed this game.

The controls of this game were very basic, which made them very easy. This didn't bring the overall quality of the game down in the slightest. In fact, the lack of over complicated controls allowed for the player to really look into detail and focus 100 percent on the game itself. 10/10.
Puzzles. I haven't played through many puzzle games in my day but it doesn't take a professional to tell that this is one of the greater examples. The puzzles in this game were challenging, and demanded that the player explore every nook and cranny of their environment in search of clues. There was almost no hand holding, almost no hints, just the player staring a box in the face while hunting down puzzles and solving them one by one to get inside. Amazing. 10/10.
Audio played a big part in this game for me. The creepy atmosphere in the room around you, the creaking of floors or the soft winds rushing through the windows really set this game up with the creepy atmosphere that it wanted. Every little piece of the boxes that you were fiddling with also had their own sound effects which really made me feel like I was doing something worthwhile with every turn. 10/10.
Graphics in this game are gorgeous. Plain and simple. The amount of detail on the small pieces of every box is amazing in itself, not to mention just how polished and precise the game looks in the beginning. Really a gorgeous art style, has to be for the puzzles, and something this game does very well. 10/10.
Story in this game is a key part as the game doesn't give you very much to go off of when you get in. You follow notes around in the game that guide you onward in your quest to get inside the box. What's in the box? You don't know until you find the notes. There is no clear specifics in the story, the player is left with a very dry feeling of a man that was talking to you through the paper, but the story is definitely there. I imagine that it progresses in later games. 9/10.
TL;DR
Beautiful game with beautifully crafted puzzles and a story that definitely has potential to be one of the greater ones. Mechanics and audio in the game are off the charts. I would definitely recommend this game to ANYONE looking for a puzzle game. That being said, please share this game around! Click the links below and tell as many people as you can!
