Well this is a mess...

Unlock Game of Rising by having Sakuya or Eirin dribble into the opponent's penalty zone. During the second half, you can unlock Koakuma's True Flying Kick by somehow getting Koakuma in a situation where she can use the Jump command (most difficult skill to unlock in the game).

Players of note:
Kaguya (Goalkeeper), Eirin, Sakuya, Lily Black, Koakuma
Koakuma (Goalkeeper) (Second Half Only) - Not that fantastic. She lacks a Special Save when you can get either of the Lilies or Daiyousei for the same price. True Flying Kick is pretty cool though if you manage to get it unlocked.
Kaguya (Outfielder) (Second Half Only) - Really cheap cost but also really low stats. Red Stone of Eija is a rather strong Special Intercept though. For 2500, can't really complain.

Opponents of note:
Reimu, Mokou
Suika - Extremely high stats with an even higher Power. Only has Missing Power though. A bit expensive but not terrible.
Keine (Hakutaku) - Complete opposite of her human form. All offense with high Shoot and Dribble. Next History has a high Knockback but quickly loses its punch against higher goalkeepers.
