Today I will introduce the first Sega Genesis/MD game that I've never seen before: Twinkle Tale!

Twinkle Tale is a run and gun game developed by Zap and published by Wonder Amusement Studio only in Japan on July 7th, 1992.

Gameplay:
Control is similar to Mercs: you control Saria as she moves up the level; you can move freely around the screen as it will not automatically scroll, however you cannot go back down once you have gone up to a different part of the level. B shoots (hold for rapidfire). A sends out a strong magic attack. C chooses a weapon. Powerups and magic attacks are found in treasure chests opened by shooting at them.
