*Note* UnderRail released today December 18, 2015 on Steam!
Please leave a comment down below if you'd like to see UnderRail as a First Look Mini-Series (1-3 Episodes) or a full LP!
UnderRail is another game that popped up out of nowhere for me. I saw it on steam, checked it out, and it piqued my interest instantly. Many folks consider this a project modeled after the classic Fallout games and the cRPG, turn based strategy games of old. Tons of ways to play, let's hope my choice isn't too disastrous!

What Is UnderRail?
UnderRail is an old school, isometric, top down, turn-based, cRPG with a focus on exploration and combat. Set in a futuristic Earth, where all life on the surface has ceased and the last vestiges of humanity live in the UnderRail, a series of metro Station-States that houses the remaining populace. You are a newly admitted resident to one such Station-State and embark on a journey full of perils, adventure, politics, and harsh environments. Character creation is actually quite daunting when you see the number of feats, skills, and stats you can select from. A throwback to the classic Fallouts if you will. You can play as a stealthy assassin, sneaking up on people and slitting their throats from behind, before fading back into the shadows. Perhaps you like a more up front approach? Then charge headlong into enemies with your heavy armor and sledgehammer and swing until nothing is moving but you. Maybe you would rather choose a more tactical approach and hack the security system and turn the guns on your opponents after blinding them with a grenade. There's always the classic sniper, murdering enemies before they even know you're there. There's dozens of ways to play, and with all of the combinations of skills, feats, and stats, probably 100s of builds you can try. Choose what you think works best and have at it. If at first you don't succeed, try again! I love the options, I love the premise, and so far, I'm loving UnderRail!
My thanks to Stygian Software for sending UnderRail my way and allowing me to showcase it on my channel. I saw the game on steam before I realized I had received it, and I was all amped up about it. It was a nice surprise to see it come my way! :)
