Let's Play Unreal Tournament 2004 - Onslaught
Sam, Pat, and Cholo throw on some powered armor and take on Unreal Tournament 2004's fast-paced ONSLAUGHT game mode. Can Cholo pull himself together in time to beat the blues?
Unreal Tournament 2004's ONSLAUGHT is a large scale, team and vehicle based game mode in which players battle for control of huge maps filled with vehicles and other weapons of destruction. Each team has their own vehicles; you cannot steal enemy vehicles unless they unlock them by first getting into them. If you're worried about an enemy tank, do your best to hijack it!
The main objective in any Onslaught game is to destroy your enemies' "Power Core", a critical point usually located in the heart of your opponent's base. The Power Core cannot be damaged unless your team has a link to it by controlling the smaller "Power Nodes" on the map and making a connection from your own Power Core to your opponents'.
Note that you can ONLY take over a Node if you control an adjacent Node. You must progress across the map, taking over point by point, in order to stage an assault on your enemies' Core. Once a node is in your team's control, you can choose to spawn at it to get back into the fight much faster.
